The Pivô Salvador and the Museu de Arte Contemporânea da Bahia (MAC_BAHIA), affiliated with the Instituto do Patrimônio Artístico e Cultural (IPAC), are now accepting applications for Module #4 – Artistic and Audiovisual Installations, part of the Laboratório Criativo: Arte e Tecnologia no Museu. The course will be led by visual artist and researcher Virginia de Medeiros, with participation from director and art educator Claudia Chávez.
The course offers 15 spots reserved exclusively for women aged 16 and over. Applications are open until April 17 (11:59 pm Brasília time) and must be submitted via an online form.

In addition to hands-on practices, the course will include the study of artistic projects developed by women, highlighting female contributions to the use and exploration of technology in the arts, while addressing themes such as representation, access barriers, and the impact of initiatives that promote gender equity in the creative sector.
