LIBRARY AND PIVÔ MAGAZINE#2
Pivô launches the second edition of Pivô Magazine and inaugurates it new library space
On March 12, Pivô launches the second edition of Pivô Magazine. Co-edited by Fernanda Brenner, Leo Felipe and Victor Gorgulho, the Magazine seeks to explore content related to the institution’s programs during the 2020/2021/2022 triennium. The publication has a series of commissioned texts that include interviews, essays, poems, short stories, correspondence and testimonies, produced by collaborators, Brazilians and foreigners who, in some way, contributed to the institution’s programming.
To celebrate this new space, Pivô will also launch on the day the second edition of Pivô Magazine, with a program organized by Léo Felipe, and with the participation of Abigail Campos Leal and Maria Noujaim, both collaborators in the publication. The program will also include the presence of Victor Gorgulho, co-editor of the magazine.
Pivô Library is a space open to research and that aims to divulge contemporary artistic production. Its role is to construct a specialized collection, supporting the institution’s programs, as well as the research carried out by artists and those who are interested in the arts. The inauguration of the new library space marks the organization of the institution’s bibliographical collection and its opening to the general public.
