In partnership with the Peruvian organization Bisagra, Pivô produces episode for Triangle Network TV
Besides acting as a meeting point and articulators of artistic and curatorial practices in Latin America, Bisagra, based in Lima, Peru, and Pivô, in São Paulo, Brazil, have a curious similarity: both their names reference hardware used to articulate and rotate surfaces (hinge and pivot).
Based on this coincidence, the two spaces produced together an episode for the Triangle Network TV platform that brings together artists and curators whose work includes decentralized and replicable initiatives in different contexts, just like a toolbox open to anyone who wants to use it: the Peruvian Colección Cooperativa and Brazilian artist Pedro Victor Brandão.
Triangle Network is a global network of artists and visual arts organizations that support professional development and cultural exchange amongst artists, curators and other arts professionals throughout the world. Its new project Triangle Network TV is a YouTube channel produced by the Triangle Network, to connect with the work of artists and arts organizations around the world. Presenting a mixture of live-streamed and pre-recorded events, Triangle Network TV is a place to learn more about individual art practices and creative projects, and to engage with urgent questions that are facing artists and smaller arts organizations today.
