Triangle Network is a global network of artists and visual arts organizations that support professional development and cultural exchange amongst artists, curators and other arts professionals throughout the world. Its new project Triangle Network TV is a YouTube channel produced by the Triangle Network, to connect with the work of artists and arts organizations around the world. Presenting a mixture of live-streamed and pre-recorded events, Triangle Network TV is a place to learn more about individual art practices and creative projects, and to engage with urgent questions that are facing artists and smaller arts organizations today.

Initially running across 15 episodes, Triangle Network partners involved in this programme include Greatmore Studios, 32º East, Lugar a Dudas, Pivô, Khoj International Artists Association, Britto Arts Trust, Insaka Arts, GAS Foundation, Kiosko, URRA and Hangar.

The first online event will be live-streamed by The Bag Factory in Johannesburg on Tuesday 20 April, 15.00 local time (SAST).

Bag Factory studio artist Phumulani Ntuli will be speaking about the work of Preempt group, a multidisciplinary collective facilitated by Phumulani Ntuli and Mbali Dhlamini. The group works within the intersection of archives and open source technologies using film, performance and research.

The episode conducted by Pivô, created in partnership with the Bisagra platform (Peru), will air on June 15, bringing together Brazilian and Peruvian artists and curators whose works can be read as connectors and tools to be shared.
