Pivô holds Open Class of Module #3 – 3D Modeling and Accessibility at MAC_BAHIA

Pivô and the Museu de Arte Contemporânea da Bahia (MAC_BAHIA), linked to the Instituto do Patrimônio Artístico e Cultural (IPAC), held on Tuesday (3) the Open Class of Module #3 – 3D Modeling and Accessibility, at MAC_BAHIA, in the Graça neighborhood. The activity featured a conversation with the course instructor Marco Henrique, a graphic designer and 3D artist.

During the class, Marco introduced the field of digital three-dimensional creation, presenting its applications in areas such as art, design, and 3D printing. The conversation aimed to demystify 3D modeling, highlighting it as an accessible art form that can be learned by anyone.

Module #3 continues with classes through April 24, held every Tuesday and Thursday at MAC_BAHIA. Creative Lab: Art and Technology in the Museum is an initiative dedicated to training young people and adults in the fields of the creative economy, with a focus on inclusion and the strengthening of local culture. In total, the project will offer four free courses exploring the intersections between artistic practices and digital technologies.

The final module, Artistic and Audiovisual Installations, is scheduled to begin in April. More information will be announced soon.

This project was selected through the calls of the Aldir Blanc National Policy in Bahia and receives financial support from the Government of the State of Bahia, through the Secretariat of Culture, via PNAB, with resources from the Ministry of Culture – Federal Government.
