Pivô Salvador is hiring: Communication Analyst

Pivô Salvador is seeking a Communication Analyst to join its team. We are looking for someone with experience in social media management, content production, and familiarity with digital platforms.

Position: Communication Analyst
Location: Salvador, hybrid
Contract: PJ

Main Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage content for Pivô São Paulo and Salvador’s social media platforms, contributing to the development of communication strategies aimed at social media. Produce captions, post content, and apply it to pre-defined design templates.

Engagement and Community: Monitor and engage with the audience by responding to comments and private messages.

Event Coverage: Document events and institutional actions to feed the social media content.

Institutional Texts: Produce institutional texts for presentations, reports, special projects, and other institutional materials.

Newsletter: Write and design newsletters on the Mailchimp platform.

Website: Update the Pivô website via WordPress, publishing content such as news, agendas, and other updates.

Translation: Translate texts from Portuguese to English and vice versa, ensuring appropriateness to the language of art and culture.

Metrics: Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations for growth and engagement.

Desired Profile:

• Experience in the arts and culture sector
• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Knowledge of social media metrics and monitoring
• Writing skills and proficiency in both Portuguese and English
• Interest in contemporary art, culture, and digital trends
