Anna Moreno

1984, lives and works at The Hague, Netherlands

Anna Moreno is a visual artist and researcher living between Barcelona and The Hague. Her practice explores the unfinished nature of historical and speculative events through installations, films, and performative encounters that weave together utopian architecture and fictional narratives.

She has held solo exhibitions such as Bash Na Bash at HAUS – Space for Contemporary Practices (Barcelona, 2025), and Costa Paraíso at House of Chappaz (Barcelona) and Joey Ramone Gallery (Rotterdam, 2023). Her work has also been featured in group shows such as In Focus at the TEA Biennial (Tenerife, 2024), Beehave at Fundació Joan Miró (Barcelona), and in screenings at Arquiteturas Film Festival (Porto, 2025) and Cineteca Matadero (Madrid, 2024).

She was a resident at the Jan Van Eyck Academie (Maastricht, 2019–2020) and is currently developing Oceanographies, a film trilogy supported by TBA21 that connects the ports of Rotterdam, Venice, and Barcelona. In 2026, she will present new solo exhibitions in Barcelona and Nancy, France.
