Director of Operations for the Vila Sul International Artistic Residency Program at the Goethe-Institut Salvador-Bahia, a role he has held since 2017. During this time, he has supported and guided the projects of over 130 artists, researchers, writers, and thinkers in residence from 35 countries across five continents. He also manages complex local and international projects in physical, hybrid, and digital environments.
An actor and cultural manager, he holds a degree in Performing Arts – Acting from the Federal University of Santa Maria (RS) and a Master’s and Ph.D. in Performing Arts from the Federal University of Bahia, with a research internship at Freie Universität Berlin. He specializes in actor training, performance techniques for theater, and cast preparation, with experience as an assistant director and stage actor.
He completed an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0 and was a 2021 fellow and 2022 ambassadorfor the German Ada | Fellowship program, which focuses on training leaders for the future with an emphasis on digital transformation, enhancing his leadership and innovation skills.
He has published two books: “Corpo fora do lugar: movimento, fluxo e desordem entre treinamento e construção cênica” (Body Out of Place: Movement, Flow, and Disorder Between Training and Scenic Construction) (Edufba, 2015). “O ator da organicidade e a cena contemporânea” (The Actor of Organicity and the Contemporary Scene) (Edições Cândido, 2021), based on his doctoral research.
