1977, lives and works at Salvador, Bahia, Brazil
Lídia Sá’s relationship with cooking began long before gastronomy became her profession. In her family, cooking has always been a way of bringing people together, welcoming friends, and creating memories around the table.
This vocation was later expanded through experiences at leading names in Brazilian catering, including Restaurante Mestiço, in São Paulo, and Buffet Charlô. Along the way, she developed a keen eye for both what reaches the table and the work that happens behind the scenes, understanding that every great celebration is the result of a balance between technique, organization, and sensitivity.
