Luciana Araujo Marques is a journalist and researcher. She has worked for the Ilustrada section of Folha de S. Paulo newspaper, EntreLivros magazine, and publishing houses such as Melhoramentos, Cosac Naify, and Estação Liberdade. She was selected by the Rumos Itaú Cultural program for literary criticism focused on Brazilian production (2007-2008) and was a columnist for Revista Pessoa. She holds a master’s degree in Literary Theory and Comparative Literature (USP) and is currently a Ph.D. student in Literary Theory and History (Unicamp). She published an excerpt from her work-in-progress novel in the Quelônio Solto #3 pamphlet (2017).
