Artist and researcher working with performance art and dance. He holds a PhD in Performing Arts from the School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo (ECA-USP), with a research period at Justus Liebig University Giessen (Germany) and an award-winning dissertation on the relationships between performance, neoliberalism, and presence.
He has created commissioned performances for the Pinacoteca de São Paulo, Theatro Municipal de São Paulo, MAM-SP, and the Sesc Dance Biennial, as well as solo projects for the 33rd CCSP Exhibition Program, Paço das Artes’ Project Season, and Centro Cultural Correios (São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro), among others.
Since 2015, he has taught theoretical and practical performance courses at institutions including MAM-SP, Sesc, and Itaú Cultural. His works are held in several collections, including those of Museu de Arte do Rio, Museu da Inconfidência, and Museu de Arte do Espírito Santo.
He has completed residencies in Brazil, including at Pivô and Sacatar, as well as international residencies in Germany (Werkstattwoche, 2025) and Portugal (CAAA, 2015). His practice investigates the relationships between passivity, cyclical temporalities, and the finitude of bodies.
