Renata Bittencourt is an educator, cultural manager and art historian, with master’s and doctoral degrees that investigate the representation of the black figure, developed at Unicamp. She worked at Itaú Cultural and at the Secretariat of culture of the state of São Paulo, was Secretary of citizenship and diversity of the Ministry of Culture, Director of Museum processes at the Brazilian Institute of museums (Ibram – MinC) and Executive Director of the Inhotim Institute.
She is currently director of the Education area of the Moreira Salles Institute.
