The Reading Room is a space at Pivô Salvador dedicated to reading, research, study, and dissemination of contemporary artistic production. Pivô aims to provide a place for investigation not only to resident artists but also to the city, passersby, and visitors who already follow the programming.

At the moment, we are building a specialized collection focused on research conducted by artists and researchers interested in the multidisciplinary field of the arts. This collection is composed through donations from publishers, institutions, and local, national, and international partners interested in Pivô Salvador’s proposal.

The Reading Room is open for title consultation and on-site reading, free of charge, welcoming artists, researchers, art students, and the general public during Pivô Salvador’s opening days for visitation, on Fridays and Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
